What happens with your email when you sign up for KeyFlow news.
Who
KeyFlow is made by Vojtěch Krejčík, Brno, Czech Republic. He is the controller of the data below. Contact: CONTACT_EMAIL.
What we store
- Your email address.
- Which product you signed up for (KeyFlow one, KeyFlow mini or both), the page language and the time you signed up.
- If you fill in the short survey: how you like each product, the apps you use and what you write in the free text field.
We don't store your IP address. The site uses no analytics, cookies or trackers and loads nothing from other servers; even the fonts are served from our own.
Why
To send you news about KeyFlow, mainly when a product is ready to order, and to learn what people want from it. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by signing up.
Where and for how long
The data lives in a database on our own server at Hetzner in Germany, with a nightly backup kept in the Czech Republic. We don't sell or share it with anyone. We keep it until you unsubscribe.
Unsubscribe and your rights
Every newsletter email has an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing deletes your email and survey answers right away; copies in our backups are deleted within 12 months. You can also ask us to show, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to the contact above, and you can complain to the Czech data protection authority (ÚOOÚ).
